Sharron has worked as a Staff Development coordinator at a dementia care facility, trainer, professional speaker and educator for the past 6 years and 26 years as a Registered Nurse. George worked as a Rehabilitation counselor helping employees injured on the job return back to gainful employment.  As healthcare speakers, trainers, and entrepreneurs they have led many seminars and consulted with individuals regarding dementia or autism.

I am a truly creative person, with a passion for educating and helping others. I enjoy helping others develop a better understanding of their health care issues related to dementia, autism or mild brain injuries. I enjoy identifying what the problem(s) are, and the steps needed to improve their situation.

After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Prairie View A&M, I spent 10 years working as a Rehabilitation Nurse. I later helped my husband start and operate a senior and handicapped transportation service for 10 years. During that time, I was involved in an auto accident and sustained a Mild Brain Injury. It took me almost 7 years to totally recovery.

 During my recovery process we had a son. He was later diagnosed with autism with developmental delays. It was after the diagnosis that my husband and I engulfed ourselves in every piece of literature related to Pervasive Developmental Disorders (Autism Spectrum Disorders).  I “discovered” my passion for teaching others about healthcare needs. My nursing and life experiences have led me to specialize in Dementia Care, Autism, and Mild Brain Injury.

George D. Williams has over 25 years of business ownership, sales, and marketing experience. He is currently working as a speaker and writer in the areas of employment and housing for autistic adults. George’s personal philosophy is hard work and honesty are the cornerstones to success. He actively seeks training opportunities with companies to educate them regarding the advantages of hiring individuals on the autism spectrum. George is the father of an autistic teenager.

After receiving my Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling, I worked as a Rehabilitation Counselor helping people injured the job. I assessed their injury, skills, their needs, and collaborated with attorneys, and employers to assist the individual to return back to gainful employment. It was during this time when I noticed a serious need in Denver, transportation for those with disabilities. In 1987 I started a senior and disability transportation company that grew tremendously.  The business existed for 10 years before I decided to pursue other areas of interests.
